I started Mesa Taxes in 1991 after enjoying 15 exciting years as an engineer and manager in the aerospace industry. But I wanted my own business. It had to be a business that would satisfy my love of technical challenge and enable me to work with people as part of a team. Mesa Taxes was the perfect solution. Few things satisfy me more than finding solutions for my own clients and helping them realize
their own goals in life.

I am registered with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC), which means:
(1) I completed the coursework and testing required to become a tax professional,
(2) I am up-to-date in my yearly continuing education requirements, and
(3) I am compliant with the surety bond requirements imposed by the state of California.

I am registered with the IRS, which means that I will be compliant with the yet-to-be defined testing and rules of practise to be imposed by the federal government.

I am not a twitterer, nor a facebooker. To receive hourly updates on all matters of taxation, your best bet is to subscribe to a feed from the huge tax service company that can afford the overhead. Otherwise, I have written some articles in the Resources section that address many of the issues affecting most of my clients. I like to keep it simple and provide timely updates.
